How to clear your cache

Relates to: Firefox, Internet Explorer

Select the browser you are using.

Internet Explorer 6.0

  1. Select Tools > Internet Options...
  2. Select General tab
  3. Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files
  4. Click OK when prompted
  5. Note: depending on the volume of cached files, this process make take a couple of minutes
  6. Click OK
  7. Exit Internet Explorer and restart your browser

Firefox 1.5+

  1. Select Tools > Options...
  2. Select Privacy
  3. Select Cache tab
  4. Click Clear Cache Now button
  5. Click OK
  6. Exit Firefox and restart your browser
