What is Blackboard?
Relates to: General Blackboard
Blackboard is the online tool that houses all course information, such as your syllabus and grades. All web courses and many face-to-face courses at Columbus State use Blackboard to post lecture notes, exams and other course materials. Blackboard may be accessed at http://globalcourses.cscc.edu 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To log into Blackboard, use your Student Mail username and password. If you cannot remember your username or password, go to http://password.cscc.edu.
Students are generally able to view all upcoming quarter courses (inlcuding distance and face-to-face) in Blackboard four days before the start of the quarter. If you are unable to view your courses, wait until the first day of the quarter and then try again. If your courses are still not visible, contact IT Support at (614) 287-5050.
