What happens if I change my password?
Relates to: General Blackboard, Usernames and Passwords
When you change your password at http://password.cscc.edu, you will be able to access Blackboard immediately using the new password.
If Blackboard rejects your new password:
- First make sure that you entered the new password correctly
- Then contact the IT Support Help Desk at (614) 287-5050
