Is there an instructor for the course?

Columbus State assigns a faculty member to design and guide the course. He or she grades your assignments and exams and can answer any questions you may have through phone calls, voice mail, e-mail, discussion board postings, chat room discussions, instant messaging, letters, fax, or face-to-face meetings. A few online courses use a team approach where several faculty members work together to guide the class members. In each case, the instructor is a faculty member, not a graduate or teaching assistant.
