Send Options

  1. From the Compose window, click on the Send Options button Send Options Button graphic
  2. The Send Options window will display. Please note: this window is a pop-up window. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, the window may not open. You may need to disable your pop-up blocker to view the Send Options window.
    • Under Priority, select High, Normal, or Low priority by clicking on the appropriate radio button

      Unchecked Radio button is an Unchecked radio button
      Checked Radio button is a Checked radio button

    • Under Request Notification, select If Delivery Fails, If Delivery Succeeds, or On Failure or Success by clicking on the appropriate radio button.

    Priority
    You can set the priority level on a received message as High, Normal, or Low to indicate its importance. The message displays the corresponding priority icon in your mailbox.

    Request Notification
    When sending an e-mail message, you can configure the delivery status notification so you receive a notification message upon successful delivery, failed delivery, or both. Please note, the notification can only be used between other Student Mail accounts.
