How to Rename an Existing Folder
- Click on the Mailbox button
- Click on the Rename Folder button
- A list of all existing main folder and subfolders will display. You can only rename one folder at a time.
- Under Rename Folder, select the folder you wish to delete by clicking on the appropriate radio button. You can only delete one folder at a time.

is a Checked radio button - Under New Name, type the newname for the folder. You can use any combination or letters, numbers, spaces and other keystrokes to create your folder name. Although you can make the folders nearly as descriptive as you want, it is best to keep the folder names short and simple.
- Under Rename Folder, select the folder you wish to delete by clicking on the appropriate radio button. You can only delete one folder at a time.
- Click on the OK button
to
delete the existing folder.
If you want to cancel the renaming of a folder, click on the Cancel button
. - If there are additional folders that you would like to rename,
click on the Rename Folder button
and
then repeat Step 1 through Step 3.
