How to Move Items to a Folder
- Locate the items you wish to move.
- Select the items you wish to move by clicking on the appropriate check boxes. Note: you can select multiple items at once.
- To select all items
in a particular folder, click on the Select All button
. - To unselect all items in a particular folder,
click on the Clear All button

in a particular folder, click on the Select All button
- Click on the Move button
- Under Select the folder where the message should be moved to, click on the radio button in front of the appropriate folder.

Please note: you can only select one folder. Therefore, all items that you selected in Step 2 will be moved into the selected folder. - Click on the OK button
to
move the items into the selected folder.
Note: If you want to cancel the relocation of items, click on the Cancel button
