How to Move Items to a Folder

  1. Locate the items you wish to move.
  2. Select the items you wish to move by clicking on the appropriate check boxes. Note: you can select multiple items at once.
    • To select all items in a particular folder, click on the Select All button Select All .
    • To unselect all items in a particular folder, click on the Clear All button Clear All .

  3. Click on the Move button Move button
  4. Under Select the folder where the message should be moved to, click on the radio button in front of the appropriate folder.

    Please note: you can only select one folder. Therefore, all items that you selected in Step 2 will be moved into the selected folder.
  5. Click on the OK button OK button to move the items into the selected folder.
    Note: If you want to cancel the relocation of items, click on the Cancel button Cancel Button.
