How to Delete an Existing Folder

  1. Click on the Mailbox button Mailbox button graphic
  2. Click on the Delete Folder button Delete Folder button graphic
  3. A list of all existing main folder and subfolders will display.
    Note: This is an irreversible process. Once you delete a folder, the folder and all contents of the folder will be removed from your e-mail account. If you want to save the contents in a folder, you should move the items before you delete the folder.

  4. Under Delete Folder, select the folder you wish to delete by clicking on the appropriate radio button. You can only delete one folder at a time.

    Checked Radio button is a Checked radio button
  5. Click on the OK button OK button to delete the existing folder.
    Note: This is an irreversible process. Once you delete a folder, the folder and all contents of the folder will be removed from your e-mail account. If you want to cancel the deletion of an existing folder, click on the Cancel button Cancel Button.
     
  6. If there are additional folders that you would like to delete, click on the Delete Folder button Delete Folder button graphic and then repeat Step 1 through Step 2.
